This is a professional, comprehensive, and practical development course designed for one year (weekly lessons with 4 optional rest weeks).
The course emphasizes training, measurable exercises, self assessment methods, some record‑keeping, safety, and ethics. It is intended for learners who want disciplined practice, at your own pace of learning, and clearly defined achievement criteria.
The course does focuses on skill development, perception, awareness techniques, and self evaluation.
